Kirsten Gillibrand to help mobilize Democrats in the state to win back the House after a catastrophic 2022 in New York and has begun taking steps to revamp the state Democratic Party. “The governor clearly has taken steps to energize the state party apparatus this year,” said Democratic consultant Evan Stavisky. “So that immediately puts her in a better position two years from now to run again.”
