Grismely Tejada Taveras is a Policy Associate at The Parkside Group, where she is based in the firm’s Albany office.

Before joining The Parkside Group, Grismely served as a Researcher with the New York State Democratic Assembly Campaign Committee, where she conducted in-depth research on prospective candidates and their policy backgrounds, as well as canvassing for officials during campaign seasons. Her professional experience also includes roles as a communications intern, research project assistant, and undergraduate research assistant, showcasing her diverse skill set in policy and communications.

Grismely earned dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and Journalism from the Rockefeller College of Public Affairs and Policy at the University at Albany.

Passionate about education, Grismely dedicates her free time to teaching and mentoring. Over the past four summers, she has tutored and supervised high school students in the New York City and Albany areas.
