The Parkside Group welcomed two new team members this month:
Ilea Franklin and Rosana Duarte.
Joining us as Policy Associates, Ilea and Rosana bring a wealth of expertise to further enhance our team’s commitment to impactful policy work.
Ilea will be working primarily with our nonprofit clients. She has a robust background in cognitive science, policy analysis and community engagement, and has cultivated expertise in evaluating and recommending policy reform with a foundation in diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Her previous role as an Investigative Policy Analyst at the Office of the Inspector General for the NYPD saw her co-lead influential annual reports and champion essential policy recommendations for NYPD operations.
Rosana Duarte will focus on city-level policy and research, working primarily with our non-nonprofit clients. She is a public affairs professional with a burgeoning background in cross-sector leadership and policy analysis.
Previously a Fellow at the Coro New York Leadership Center, Rosana has engaged in diverse placements, including managing grant proposals for The Overbrook Foundation and developing financial management tools for the New York Housing Authority. With previous experience as a Congressional Intern and Student Coach, she has honed skills in data analysis, project management, and constituent services.
