At the Parkside Group, Sezlyn monitors hearings, tracks legislation, and drafts written comments and/or testimony on pending legislation.

Prior to joining our government relations team, Sezlyn served as an aide to Secretary of State Robert J. Rodriguez in his former Assembly role, managing his digital communications and assisting with constituent work. She also worked as an Urban Fellow at the NYC Department of Social Services in the Legislative and Intergovernmental Affairs Division and covered City Council hearings on a variety of issues. Sezlyn has interned in the Washington D.C. Office of Congressman Brian Higgins and helped lead Councilwoman Crystal Hudson to victory as part of an organizing fellowship.

Sezlyn is a native New Yorker and in her spare time enjoys dancing and practicing yoga.
